Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll schedule a courier collection from you and arrange for the delivery of your new item / items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Return/ Refunds are not accepted.

Damage & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please check it right away. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and ensure it is resolved. Complaints regarding damaged items will be accepted up-to 7 days after the delivery of your order.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as specific types of jewelry and/or custom products. This will be mentioned on the product page.
